Day 1:

Morning: unlimited sugar-free coffee

Lunch: hard-boiled eggs and spinach without salt as desired

Evening: a large steak or 3 grilled minced steaks, green salad and celery as desired

Day 2:

Morning: unlimited sugar-free coffee 1 small bread pudding

Lunch: 1 large steak, green salad and fruit as desired

Evening: ham cooked as desired

Day 3:

Morning: unlimited sugar-free coffee 1 small bread pudding

Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, green salad and tomatoes as desired

Evening: cooked ham and salad as desired

Day 4:

Morning: sugar-free coffee, grated carrots with lemon (required)

Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg and carrot, cooked or raw, and a small piece of Gruyère cheese

Evening: unlimited fruit and full-fat yogurt

Day 5:

Morning: coffee without sugar 1 small bread pudding

Lunch: fish in court broth, 2 tomatoes

Evening: 1 normal steak with unlimited salad

Day 6:

Morning: unlimited sugar-free coffee 1 small bread pudding

Lunch: unlimited grilled chicken

Evening: 2 hard-boiled eggs, raw carrots or raw vegetables as desired

Day 7:

Morning: lemon herbal tea

Lunch: grilled steak, fruit at will

Evening: eat reasonably what you want, but without alcohol

Then continue until the 15th day.

After 2 weeks if you strictly follow the boxer diet program, the weight loss should be around 20 pounds

Dieting triggers a chemical process that prevents you from gaining weight again unless you binge. Prohibition to do more than 15 days.

Alcohol is absolutely prohibited for 15 days, it would stop the chemical reaction.
